The Community Foundation of the Ozarks is a nonprofit regional public charitable foundation, founded in 1973. The CFO serves central and southern Missouri through asset and resource development, grantmaking and public leadership.
Cause Momentum is the CFO’s online crowdfunding platform available to nonprofit organizations that partner with the CFO and its affiliate foundations.
